- Nigerian scam victims should be locked up - The INQUIRER - VICTIMS OF THE NIGERIAN SCAM should be locked up and not pitied according to a Nigerian diplomat. The Nigerian high commissioner to Australia, Olu Agbi has made the point that people who are ripped off by the scams are just as guilty as the fraudsters and should be jailed. (none)

Maybe Olu Agbi is running some kind of scam suggesting this, maybe you get ripped off by a scam, go to jail, hand over your wallet at the police station for ID when the summons comes in, they run off with your wallet…we know what you are up to Agbi…
